Guide the flosser between your teeth. Using a gentle sawing motion , run carefully up and down. Gently use the pick to remove stubborn debris. Dispose of each flosser responsibly after use.
Don’t forget to visit your dentist every six months.
It is common for your gums to bleed when your first start to use floss. If it continues you may have early signs of gum disease and should consult your dentist.
