How to use

1. Ensure feet are clean and dry

2. Massage into dry hard skin twice daily, and continue treatment until skin becomes smooth

3. To maintain condition, use once daily

    RUB ON METHOD

    INHALATION METHOD

    Directions for use (adults):
    If head cold or nasal catarrh persists, for deep action relief melt two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in a bowl of vey hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the soothing medicated vapours for 10 – 15 minutes.
    This product can be used with other medicines.

    Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.

      • For external use only
      • Avoid contact with eyes
      • Do not swallow or place in nostrils

    If symptoms persist, or in case of fever, consult your doctor or pharmacist. As with all medicines, keep out of reach and sight of children. For external use only. Do not use on children under 2 years of age.

    CAUTION

    Do not heat in the microwave.

    Never reheat the mixture.
