1. Ensure feet are clean and dry
2. Massage into dry hard skin twice daily, and continue treatment until skin becomes smooth
3. To maintain condition, use once daily

Directions
How to take
For oral use. Pour one sachet of powder into a mug and fill with hot, but not boiling water. Stir until dissolved. If preferred, sweeten to taste with sugar, honey or your usual sweetener.
How much to take: Adults and children 12 and over: 1 sachet, every 4 – 6 hours. Do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours. Do not give to children under 12, except on medical advice.
Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to. If you do not get better, talk to your doctor.
Warnings
| CONTAINS PARACETAMOL. Do not take anything else containing paracetamol while taking this medicine. Talk to a doctor if you take too much of this medicine, even if you feel well. |

Do not take if: allergic to any of the ingredients. If you have heart disease or high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, or you are taking or have taken MAOI’s (antidepressants) within 14 days.
Consult your pharmacist or doctor before taking if: you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Storage
Do not store above 25ºC. Store in the original package.

RUB ON METHOD
Always use at first sign of a cold to get maximum benefit.
DIRECTIONS:
Adults: Rub liberally onto chest, throat and back, Cover whole area for maximum effect. Leave night clothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily.
Children over 2 years: Gently help to rub away the symptoms of your child’s cold with your tender touch. Apply lightly to chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.

If head cold or nasal catarrh persists, for deep action relief melt two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in a bowl of vey hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the soothing medicated vapours for 10 – 15 minutes.
