For oral administration and short-term use only.
Adults, the elderly and children aged 12 years and over: Swallow 2 tablets with water every 8 hours. Do not chew the tablets. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not take more than 6 tablets in any 24 hours.

Wellman Conception Tablets have been formulated to support male reproductive health needs when trying for a family. The formulation contains specific nutrients including zinc which contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.
Zinc and vitamin C contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. These nutrients also help contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, and zinc can also help maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood whilst selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis. Directions
How to take
For oral use. Pour one sachet of powder into a mug and fill with hot, but not boiling water. Stir until dissolved. If preferred, sweeten to taste with sugar, honey or your usual sweetener.
How much to take: Adults and children 12 and over: 1 sachet, every 4 – 6 hours. Do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours. Do not give to children under 12, except on medical advice.
Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to. If you do not get better, talk to your doctor.
Warnings
| CONTAINS PARACETAMOL. Do not take anything else containing paracetamol while taking this medicine. Talk to a doctor if you take too much of this medicine, even if you feel well. |

Do not take if: allergic to any of the ingredients. If you have heart disease or high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, or you are taking or have taken MAOI’s (antidepressants) within 14 days.
