How to use

How to use eyeliner
• Always apply eyeshadow, if using, before liquid liner.
• For beginners, sketch out the shape you want to create on the base of your upper lashes with a regular eye pencil first.
• Look down to avoid smudging as you fill in the shape with your liquid liner.
• For cat eyes, place a dot on the outer corner of the eyes where you want the wings to end to avoid uneven flicks, and then apply the eyeliner.

Top Tip:
Round off your look with black mascara for a high impact look.
